Crosses of Sacrifice

There are 25 Crosses of Sacrifice erected throughout North America, 24 of which are in Canada. Designed by another of the Commission's principle architects, Sir Reginald Blomfield, these are finely proportioned stone crosses with a symbolic sword of bronze affixed.

*Brandon Cross of Sacrifice was erected privately with the permission of the Commission. It is maintained by the Commission in exchange for care of the war graves in the Brandon Cemetery.
