Millennium Line
The Millennium Line is a SkyTrain line going from Waterfront Station in Downtown Vancouver, looping through Burnaby, Coquitlam, and New Westminster before reaching its terminus at Vancouver's VCC-Clark Station. From Waterfront to Columbia Stations, the Millennium Line shares tracks and stations with the Expo Line. Additionally, there is a connection to Broadway Station on the Expo Line at Commercial Drive Station.
The City is working with TransLink and other stakeholders to develop a rapid transit line from Commercial-Broadway to UBC. One possibility is to extend the Millennium Line westward from its current terminus at VCC. Learn more about current planning for the UBC Line.
Upcoming Improvements
- Faregate construction and SkyTrain station upgrades, part of TransLink's Expo Line Upgrade Strategy.
- Improvements to Main Street Station to allow for longer trains and improve passenger experience; and
- Integration of SkyTrain with TransLink's new Compass card.
