   This report was deferred from the meeting of the Board held on Monday, December 10, 2007.

3. Connaught Park Farmers' Market
   Staff report dated December 21, 2007 recommending that the Board approve a special event permit for Your Local Farmers' Market Society to operative a Farmers' Market on the Kitsilano Rink parking lot at Connaught Park as outlined in this report.

4. Brockton Pavilion Society Lease Renewal
   Staff report dated December 17, 2007 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to C.

5. Delegated Authority for Statutory Right-of-Way at Hillcrest/Nat Bailey/Riley Parks
   Staff report dated December 5, 2007 recommending that the Board authorize the General Manager to approve and execute all Statutory Right-of-Ways in Hillcrest/Nat Bailey/Riley Parks.
