HOW TO REGISTER
Spring and Summer Program Registration begins Tuesday April 10 at 9:00am

Adult/Senior programs include HST in price.

In order to use our online registration, you must have an approved account.
Go to register online. This link will take you to the home page for online registration. Please read! Click on 'request an account' - allow 24 hours for approval.

Program registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Programs are subject to change without notice. Unavoidable class cancellations will be made up at the end of session or refunded. Receipts for the current session can be picked up at the centre or downloaded from your online account. A fee of $30 will be charged for each un-cleared cheque payment.

Memberships
False Creek Community Centre memberships are free when registering
for a program and are valid until December 31, annually.
Memberships for facility casual users and club groups are available
for $10/person.
Fitness centre, aerobics classes and workshops do not require membership.
Taxes
All Adult & Seniors pricing are HST included.
REFUND POLICY
Programs and fees are subject to change without notice. The Centre reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrolment. Unavoidable class cancellations will be made up at the end of session or refunded.
Receipts for the current session can be picked up at the centre or downloaded from your online account.
For SPECIAL EVENTS, ONE DAY WORKSHOPS, OUTTRIPS, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, DAYCAMPS, OUTDOOR PROGRAMS, and ARTS UMBRELLA
PROGRAMS a MINIMUM of 7 DAYS notice is required for a refund request.
TENNIS Refunds will only be issued 72 hours prior to the FIRST class.
For ALL other programs refunds must be requested 72 hours PRIOR TO THE THIRD CLASS.
Refunds will not be issued after this time unless a medical note is provided. Approved refunds will be prorated for any classes that have occurred.
There will be a $5 administrative fee applied to all refund requests.
A fee of $30 will be charged for an un-cleared cheque payment.
