Refunds & Transfers
Try our courses and, if you are not satisfied, please come in and tell us why. We will do our best to make you happy or refund your money

• A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is required and there will be no refunds granted after the second class.
• Refunds will be prorated accordingly.
• Fees are payable at the time of registration.
• Please make cheques payable to: Kerrisdale Community Centre. A handling fee of $20 will be charged for NSF cheques.
• Cash, cheque, debit card, Mastercard and Visa accepted.
• HST is included in program fees.
• Memberships are non-refundable.

Park Board Swimming Lesson Refund Policy
A full refund will be given when the request is received more than 48 hours before the first session. Refund requests within 48 but before the first session will be assessed a $10 administration fee. Refund requests received after the program has started will be assessed a $10 administration fee and will be prorated based on the sessions remaining. Refunds for medical reasons (doctor note required) will not be charged the Administration Fee.


Cancellations
Oh No! You Had To Cancel It?
Sorry, but sometimes courses are cancelled if everyone waits until the last minute to register. We make a decision to run a course approximately one week prior to the course date. Minimum class numbers must be registered by that time to avoid cancellation. Please register early to avoid disappointment for yourself, others and the instructors.
