Please note: During May 1 - September 30, all applications must be received 2 months prior to the event date. Late applications will not be processed or approved. A non-refundable $29 application fee (HST included) to process your request. Once approved, this amount will be deducted from your permit fee.

Security Deposit – Performance Bond (depending on scale of activity) is required in advance for events and filming where damage to property, or control of activities outside of, or contrary to approval, is an issue. Issues will be documented in advance with organizers and a documented fee per occurrence will be retained			2000.00

Refund Policy

Once a permit is confirmed, cancellation refunds depend on the permit type:

• Level 1, Level 2: a minimum of 30 calendar days notice prior to date of reservation for refund minus a $25.00 administration fee.
• Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5: a minimum of 30 calendar days notice prior to date of reservation for refund minus an administration charge equal to 50% of the permit fee.
• No refunds issued for Special Event permit cancellations less than 30 calendar days from event date.
