What Activities Keep You Fit and Active?
I like to spend my time everyday walking
my dogs, practicing Tai Chi and other internal
martial arts.
What Motivated You to Become Active?
I
want to become active to keep my cholesterol
under control, relieve the stress generated
from my business, stay healthy and of course,
to look good.
What Did You Do to Become More Active?
I
try to become more active by joining the
Killarney Evergreen Tai Chi Club and became
an assistant instructor. This helped me to
be better and more disciplined in mastering
new techniques.
How Do You Motivate Yourself to
Stay Fit?
I feel that setting
an example of fitness is very important
and being now the president of the Evergreen
Tai Chi Club and an instructor for other
Tai Chi groups helped motivate myself to
stay fit.
What Are the Benefits of Being Fit?
The
benefits of being fit to me are having better
health, sleeping better at night, and
I can function more efficiently and think
more clearly.
