Kundalini yoga, pilates, power walking, as well as working out at the gym 4-5 days a week.

What Motivated You to Become Active?
After giving birth to my son I began to gain weight rapidly. I discovered I had a thyroid issue and my regular exercise routine was not doing the job. I was having major self-esteem issues and decided that I was going to do something about it. I began doing more yoga and going to the gym rigorously. I also wanted to have more energy to play with my son and to feel good about myself.

How Do You Motivate Yourself to Stay Fit?
When I am not as active I feel the difference. When I work out I feel great and have more energy. Remembering how I felt before and how I feel and look now is motivation in itself.

What Are the Benefits of Being Fit?
I am able to keep up with my energetic son. I look sexy, healthy and can wear whatever I like as well as do any activity I want.

What Are Your Future Fitness Goals?
Since I am already at my goal weight I am making a new target weight and fine tuning the work I have already done. I also plan to keep up on my physical activity and try new outlets to remain healthy and happy.

What are your hobbies and interests?
I practice a variety of holistic healing disciplines. I also teach classes in such genres.
