.Table registration will be processed in person only, and a limit of one Craft Fair table per person per day will be sold.

Vendors must bring their own “dolly” if needed to transport items to their booth; the centre can not provide any. The front doors are locked until 9:00am on Saturday and 10:00am on Sunday when the Centre opens. * This is a private paid parking lot patrolled by Easy Park, please read the parking guidelines to avoid any parking tickets.

.Please do not buy or sell items until the Fair begins (10am), in respect of your customers and other vendors.

.You are welcome to decorate your table, provided that your arrangement does not infringe upon the area of the sellers around you.

.The West End Community Centre must be given notice at least 48 hours in advance of the Craft Fair for a refund to be given on clothes racks or table sales.

.Table areas must be cleaned up before leaving. Please do not leave unsold items or garbage lying around. Garbage bins will be identified by the staff on duty.

.The West End Community Centre will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while on display at the Craft Fair. Vendors who are located in the Auditorium & Barclay room and are selling on both Saturday and Sunday are welcome to leave their items overnight as the doors will be locked at 4pm and will be unlocked at 9am on Sunday morning. Vendors that are located in the lobby area are welcome to cover their item with a blanket but please note that the centre doors do not close until 5pm.

.Craft Fair raffle: We ask that all vendors donate one craft for our Craft Fair raffle. All donated items will be displayed in the lobby Display Gallery which will help advertise the Fair, your crafts and booth number. Raffle proceeds will go towards Craft Fair advertising.
