Swim programs are the same as for the indoor pools. All FlexiPasses will be accepted at all Outdoor Pools

Refunds & Cancellations:

Full refund if notice received five or more working days prior to the start of the program.
Refund of registration fee minus the cost of one class or transfer to a future session, if request received within four working days of the start of the program or after the first program date (class/lesson).
No refunds issued for requests received after the second date of the program.
Fees for one or two-day programs are non-refundable.

Once a permit is confirmed, cancellation requests require a minimum notice of ten working days prior to date of reservation for a refund of fees minus a $25.00 administration fee.
No refunds issued for cancellations of bookings made within ten working days of reservation date.
