His many initiatives over the years continue to help provide ongoing recreation, leisure and social services to thousands of people in the Sunset community. Through his leadership the Sunset Community Association was also able to save the Moberly Hall by converting this facility to a new and vibrant Arts & Cultural Centre for the entire community to enjoy.
