Special Events in Vancouver Parks

October 1, 2003 - Vancouver Parks host a diverse range of cultural events and outdoor activities. Listed below are some upcoming special events facilitated by the Vancouver Park Board. Stanley Park Ghost Train: October 3 - November 2 every night 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm at the Stanley Park Miniature Railway (off Pipeline Road). Tickets available through Ticket Master 604-280-4444 or same day tickets available from 3:00 pm onwards at the Train Plaza. Call 604-257-8531 for information.

Parade of Lost Souls: October 25 - 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm at Grandview Park, fireworks at Britannia High School field. Presented by Public Dreams. Call 604-879-8611 for information.

James Cunningham Seawall Race: October 26 - 9:30 am beginning at Ceperley Field in Stanley Park. Organized by the Lions Gate Road Runners. Call 604-988-0843 for information.
