Special Event Guidelines and Policies Review

October 16, 2003 -The Vancouver Park Board is in the process of updating its Special Event Policies and Guidelines. To-date, the Board has conducted a series of focus group discussions with stakeholders and a public opinion survey. The draft "Guide to Special Events" will be discussed at the Board's Culture and Recreation Committee Meeting on:

Anyone wishing to comment on the Guide to Special Events is welcome to attend this meeting. The final report is scheduled for the Board meeting of December 1, 2003 at 2099 Beach Avenue.
