Free Skating!

Sunday, February 26th

February 22, 2006 (No. 13) - Vancouver will be celebrating the handover of the Olympic flag over the next week starting this Sunday. Following a fun-filled Street Party at Library Square , the Vancouver Park Board will mark this special occasion by offering a free skating session at all public ice rinks in Vancouver the afternoon of February 26th. All Celebration Week events herald the countdown to the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games!

Participants are encouraged to bring their own skates.
