Public Invited to Open House on Improvements to Victoria Park

June 28, 2006 (No. 46) - The public is invited to an Open House to share their ideas on improvements to Victoria Park, located on Victoria Drive at Kitchener Street.

Residents have expressed an interest in additional plantings for the park, as well as developing the children's play area. The process has just begun so staff are encouraging neighbours and other interested members of the public to share their input on:

• How they currently use the park
• What they like about the park
• What concerns they have
• The ideas they have for improving it as a park space
