The Stanley Park Halloween Ghost Train October 6 to November 1, daily from 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm. This year's theme is Attack of the Creatures from Lost Lagoon! Renfrew Ravine Moon Festival October 7 starting at nearby Slocan Park at 4 pm. Harvest Festival and lantern making at Slocan Park followed by Lantern Parade to Renfrew Ravine Park at 6:45 pm. Event info http://www.moonfestival.net 
Eighth Annual Turkey Trot Fun Run on October
9 at 8:30 am. False Creek Seawall Run
beginning at Granville Island. Organized

Guided Nature Walk in Hastings Park October
28 at 10 am. The
Hastings Park Conservancy hosts
nature walks the fourth Saturday of each month
led by a naturalist. Meet at the northeast corner
of the Sanctuary. Rain or shine. Please leave

Parade of the Lost Souls in Grandview Park on
October 28 at 7 pm. An annual neighbourhood
celebration presented by the Public
Dreams Society
and
Britannia Community Centre. The event begins at

The 35th Annual James Cunningham Memorial
Seawall Race on October 29 at 9:30
am. Stanley Park Seawall Race organized by
the Lions
Gate Road Runners beginning
