Trillium Park redevelopment open house January 28January 22, 2009 (No. 3) - The Vancouver Park Board is inviting the public to review the plans for the redevelopment of Trillium Park. The plans include two artificial turf fields with lighting. The field portion of the park will be constructed in 2009. Wednesday, January 28, 2009 The Trillium Park site is a three hectare property located in the False Creek flats in the community of Strathcona and is bounded by Malkin, Thornton and National Avenues. The proposed concept is for two regulation-sized synthetic turf playing fields with associated lighting on the south side of the site to be constructed in 2009.
