Traffic Delays in Stanley Park during National Police Memorial on September 27th

September 25, 2009 (No. 25). On Sunday, September 27th  the National Police and Peace Officers Memorial will take place at Brockton Oval at 1 pm. There will be a parade from HMCS Discovery to Brockton Oval at approximately 12:40, and from Brockton Oval back to HMCS Discovery at about 2 pm. Traffic on Park Drive will be delayed at each time for about 20 minutes.

The Ismaili Walk for Women 2009 is also taking place on the same day at Lumberman's Arch, with the walk beginning at 11am. Traffic and parking impacts are anticipated in the morning and early afternoon
