VanDusen Botanical Garden
Art and Nature Summer Camps 2012

"The girls LOVED camp! Your camp is hands down the best the girls have been to – I love that they’re outdoors and learning and so brimming with fun and curiosity when I pick them up."
– parent of two summer campers

Due to a carefully crafted blend of fun, science, outdoor exploring, art and games in the Garden, VanDusen’s camps have grown very popular. Not wishing to rest on our laurels, we are revising activities again this year, but will be holding onto the perennial favourites such as pond dipping, ladybug releases and working in VanDusen’s heritage vegetable garden. If you want your child to learn a lot, be outside a lot and have a lot of fun, consider a week at beautiful VanDusen Botanical Garden this summer.

Camp hours are 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, with drop-off available from 9 am.

Eco CityKidssummer camp

Encourage the budding, eco-friendly citizen inside your child! Campers will plant, play, and create their way to a greater understanding of gardening, sustainability and how their actions do indeed make a difference.
