Site Services
2 ½’ x 6’ tables, black chairs, coffee urns, podium and wireless microphone, are also included with the rental. Renters are responsible for set up and take down and making their own catering arrangements (from our preferred caterer list) and liquor license arrangements.
The Floral Hall Pavilion
1) The Floral Hall
A spacious room situated in this Mid-Century Modern with post and beam architecture overlooks the Cascadia Garden stream. This is a great location for business meetings, conferences, seminars, memorials, wedding receptions, banquets, Christmas parties, or for special office functions.

Site Services
Included with the Floral Hall rental are 2 ½’ x 6’ tables, black chairs, a sound system, podium & microphone, and the use of a servery-style kitchen. Coffee urns and a slide projector are also included with the rental. Renters are responsible for set up and take down and are able to make their own catering arrangements and liquor license arrangements.
Truffles Café, Shaughnessy Restaurant, the VanDusen Garden Shop, and the Library, are available for your convenience. Ample free parking, wheelchair accessibility and direct access to this unique garden setting make the venues within the Visitor Centre and Floral Hall Pavilion an ideal location for your event.
Garden Visits
Group rate garden admissions are available for purchase when renting any of the above venues.
