Definition:

Lot lines separate individual titled properties from each other and often run perpendicular to streets and lanes. Along with property lines, they define individual titled pieces of land (sometimes referred to as the cadastral fabric). In many parts of the City, a standard lot measures 33 feet by 120 feet; in such a case, the 120 foot side is the lot line.
