Definition:

Civic Interest (for all layers) The City, Park and School Board support child care facilities in a variety of ways. The City has a number of city-owned buildings and community amenity space that they lease for nominal rent to non-profit child care operators. The City also owns land and/or portables where child care operates. The Park and School Board offer land and/or facilities to child care on a cost recovery or nominal rate basis.
