Property Information Report (Tax Attributes Report)

The Property Information Report is accessible by zooming into a single property and double-clicking on it. A report will be displayed which shows the following information:

PID:

This is the property identifier from the Land Titles Office (now LTSA), but which is in the report as provided by the BC Assessment Authority (BCA).

Tax Coordinate:

This is a portion of BCA's folio number which is used internally in the City.

Property Address:

This is the address of the property which is the subject of the report.

Lot, Block, District Lot, Plan:

These are the parsed out components of the legal description which originates with the LTO, but which is in the report as provided by BCA.

Legal Description:

This is the legal description which originates with LTO but which is in the report as provided by BCA.

Previous Year and Current Year Land and Improvement Values:

There are the estimated values of the property as provided by BCA.
