To get the Non-Market Housing Report on Selected Properties you can go to either the initial view or a zoomed-in view of the map and follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the Non-Market Housing layer by clicking the check box in the legend.
  2. Each brown square represents a different non-market housing unit. Using the Select button, click on a square to select it. If you wish to select more than one unit, click on the first and then hold the Shift key down and click on each subsequent one needed.
  3. Alternatively, using the Select button, click in the map and drag the mouse to select an area which MUST contain at least one housing unit. Just including a portion of the parcel is not sufficient.
  4. Click on the Report icon in the toolbar or right click > VIEW > REPORT.
  5. A View Report dialogue box will appear. Select Report on Non-Market Housing.
  6. Click OK. The units will be displayed in alphabetical order in the report.

Hints:

  1. There is no limit on the number of non-market housing units to be selected. You can select any or all of them.
  2. If more than one is selected and you want to de-select one of them, hold the Shift key down and click on the unit you wish to de-select. Click on the Report icon and a new report will generate, displaying data for the remaining selected units. If you wish to de-select all of the units, right-click on the map and choose UnSelect from the drop-down menu.
