Rental properties are posted on our website as they become available.

Our office is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Applications are available from Reception, 3rd floor, 515 West 10th Avenue, or can be access via: Residential Tenant APPLICATION TO RENT Please note: no waiting list is maintained.

• Premises will be rented after credit and personal reference checks have been completed and approved.
• Acceptance of the application for processing does not constitute acceptance for tenancy.
