Improvements to Vancouver City Hall grounds

Since City Hall was built in 1936, its grounds have gone through some changes. This year, look for a new Vancouver 2010 Winter Games sign (A) as well as a serene Japanese garden (B).

With the construction along Cambie Street nearing completion, look for restoration to begin soon. It will include landscaping, signage and streetscape improvements to make the area more accessible for pedestrians.
