Client Service Centre
The Engineering Client Service Centre is a one-stop shop for a wide range of City services and products:
We accept cash, cheques, money orders, traveller's cheques, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and transactions via Interac.
Please note: We do not collect parking ticket fines, payment for parking passes, property taxes, or utility payments. Payments can be made online or in-person at Vancouver City Hall, Main Floor, 453 West 12th Avenue, Vancouver. Development, building and trades permits, and licensing and inspections will still be located at City Hall in the East Wing.
