Gone Out of Business

If you have closed your business, you will be required to notify us in person or make a written request and submit it to us by fax, mail or email. The following information must be included in your request: licence year, licence number, account number, business name, business owner name, business address and the date of closure. No refunds will be given.

If your business licence account has been closed for less than two years and if you are planning to restart your business in the City, you may be able to re-instate your licence.
