  An organization that gathers and reports information on business reliability, alerts the public to frauds against consumers and businesses, provides information on ethical business practices, and acts as mutually trusted intermediaries between consumers and businesses to resolve disputes.
• BizPaL
  An on-line tool that will provide information on permits and licences from 3 levels of government based on a simple question-and-answer wizard. Users will be able to obtain basic information on each permit and licence, including the cost, renewal term, contact information and a link to additional information and forms if applicable. BizPaL is designed to benefit businesses that are just starting up or expanding.
