Replacement Municipal Decal and/or Commercial Vehicle Permit (Plate)

If you have already purchased a municipal decal and/or commercial vehicle permit (plate) but if they have either been lost or destroyed, a replacement may be issued for a reduced rate. You will be required to provide us with proof of purchase of the original municipal decal and/or commercial vehicle permit (plate) and your vehicle registration.

If you have changed vehicles or replaced your windshield and require a replacement municipal decal for your new vehicle, a replacement may be issued for a reduced rate also. You will be required to remove the original decal from your original vehicle and bring it in to our office in exchange for the replacement. If you have changed vehicles, you will also be required to provide us with the vehicle registration for your new vehicle and the registered name must match the name that was registered to the original vehicle.
