U-Drive (Rental Car)

If you will be operating a motor vehicle which may be hired or rented by the hour, day, week or month without a driver, but does not include a vehicle leased on a yearly basis or for a longer period, you will need to obtain a vehicles for hire licence for a U-Drive. You will be required to complete and submit a Vehicles for Hire Application Form (137kb) with payment of the appropriate fee of $44.00 for each vehicle with four or more wheels and $12.00 for each other vehicle.
