Pricing & Hours of Availability
Celebration Hall is available daily, but events may not run past 11pm.
| Day rate ending at 4:00pm | $1200 |
| Four hour day rate | $600 |
| Evening rate starting at 5pm | $2000 (weekday/end) |
| Day/Evening combined | $2000/evening & $150/hr per portion of the day prior to 5pm |
| Weekend Day rate | $2000 |
| Weekend four hour rate | $1000 |
HST is applicable to all charges
Cheques are payable to City of Vancouver. Credit cards are also welcome.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $500 or valid Credit card number is required. This will be returned upon the successful completion of the event.
Clean-up Fees: A $150 will be charged for all events with food or beverages that do not have catering staff or if clean-up is not done to the satisfaction of MVC.
Additional Fees:
Socan – Music copyright fees. $29.56 for events with music (without dancing) will be added to the contract.
Insurance – Insurance may be a requirement for renting Celebration Hall. A rider can be placed on your existing insurance, or contact SBC Insurance for a quote. info@sbcinsurance.com or www.sbcinsurance.com
Liquor License is mandatory for any event serving alcohol– see general guidelines for more information
Sound system:
Lcd Projector - $100 & gst
Cordless mic with Bose ceiling speakers - $75.00 & gst (mic stand or lavalier available).
