Learning Centre
Carnegie Learning Centre has been meeting the adult literacy needs of neighbourhood residents since the early 1980s. Presently, it is run by Capilano University as a volunteer-based program prioritizing one-on-one assistance for anyone requiring help with reading, writing, or upgrading. The Learning Centre also offers outreach programs to local Chinese seniors, Oppenheimer Park patrons, and WISH.
