Rental Rates
$250/hour (maximum 4 hours then daily rate applies)
$2,500/day (maximum 24 hours from 8 am to 8 am)
$7,500/week

Charges are for occupation of the space such that no other event can take place during other times of the day.
Rental rates for support space (the Queen Elizabeth Restaurant building):
$25/hour, $250/day, $750/week, $1,125/weekend and $1,500/month
Rental rates for the Queen Elizabeth Restaurant building without renting the Plaza:
$50/hour, $500/day, $1,500/week, $750/weekend and $3,000/month
Reduced rates are available on application if the producer of the event is a registered non-profit society or charity.
Terms of Use
Labour: extra
Electricity: 2 panels, one with 400 Amp 208 volt 3 phase and one with 200 Amp 208 volt 3 phase located in the QET electronic sign on the Georgia Street edge. Electrical usage is metered and charged back to the client.
There are 3 - 15 Amp utility duplex outlets and 2 - 30 Amp outlets
Water: 4 domestic cold water hose-bibs
Sewer: 1 gray/black-water drain
Garbage: must be self-contained and removed daily
Clean-up: by user or subject to additional charges
Insurance: minimum $2 million Commercial General Liability
Security: by user
Parking: extra at published rates
Permits: Large events must be coordinated with the City's Special Events Office; license fees may apply; a Development Permit may be required.
