Sewer Separation

A collaboration between two departments, Community Services Group - Plumbing Inspections Branch and Engineering - Sewers Branch. This branch's agenda is to separate the city's combined sewers into separate dedicated Storm and Sanitary sewers; as well as separating combined plumbing systems of older buildings. Some of the results of separated sewers is a cleaner environment, cleaner waters at False Creek and Still Creek.
