Licence Copy Request

If you would like a copy of your original business licence, you will be required to make a written request and submit it with payment of the appropriate fee ($5.00). The following information must be included in your request: licence year, licence number, account number, business name, business owner name and business address. It may be submitted: in person, by fax, mail, or email.
