Memorial Services at Mountain View

Celebration Hall includes a reception area and family room, as well as the Caradoc Room with its adjoining courtyard. The building is fully wheelchair accessible.

Reception

Guests enter Celebration Hall through the reception area, where they can check their coats and sign the memorial service registry. A custom-built ledge provides a perfect space to display photos of your loved one. The reception area includes a professional kitchen for caterers, and washrooms with in-stall sinks for added privacy.

Family Room

A quiet, private room is available for family members, with a separate entrance and courtyard.

Caradoc

The Caradoc Room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and delicate hanging lamps, provides an elegant, spacious setting for memorial services. The built-in audio/video system is especially designed for photo or video tributes. The Caradoc Room opens directly onto an enclosed courtyard with a pond.

4 hour time frame between the hours of
9-4:30pm Monday to Friday

  • With interment at MVC
  • $600  & gst
  • Without interment at MVC 
  • $750 & gst

$1000 & gst (+$150 for each additional hour)

Without interment at MVC

$1200 & gst (+$150 for each additional hour)

This fee includes:

Lcd projector with wall suitable for viewing photos
Dvd player

Cutlery/dishes for 35
Service person to lay out food, make coffee/tea, and clean-up (up to 100 guests)

8 tables (rectangles)

Full payment is due prior to the Memorial Service
