Hastings-Sunrise Traffic Meetings

The Hastings-Sunrise Traffic Committee meets monthly to discuss ways to improve pedestrian safety and calm traffic on streets in Hastings Sunrise. Recent initiatives include: the re-classification of Dundas Street to a Neighbourhood Collector; new traffic signals at Hastings & Lillooet and McGill & Slocan; and a letter to local Members of the Legislative Assembly requesting the Province to reduce the speed limit on residential streets to 40 km/hour.
