Request: To develop this site with a 22-storey mixed-use building (commercial and office uses) over four levels of underground parking having vehicular access from Richards Street.

Applicant: Henriquez Partners Architects       

Request: To develop this site with a 46 storey mixed-use building (retail and residential) over eight levels of underground parking having vehicular access from Richards Street.
