Heritage Buildings
The list of heritage buildings is arranged by address,
beginning with numbered avenues, followed by streets in alphabetical
order. If a building name is known, it is indicated in the next
column.

buildings of primary heritage

"B"
|
buildings of individual heritage importance
|
|
"C"
|
buildings of heritage character
|

"M" or "P"
|
following the building evaluation, indicates buildings or
sites that are protected by a legal heritage designation
by the City of Vancouver ("M") or the Province
of British Columbia ("P").

"H"
|
following the building evaluation indicates that the buildings
or sites are the subject of a Heritage Revitalization Agreement.
A notice of the agreement is registered on title in the Land
Title Office. A copy of the agreement is on file in the City
Clerk's Office.

following the building evaluation
indicates that a portion of the interior is protected by heritage
designation. |
| "L" |
following the building evaluation
indicates the specific landscape features are also protected
by heritage designation. |
| "HC" |
following the building evaluation
indicates that the buildings, or some portion thereof, is protected
by a Heritage Conservation Covenant registered on title at
the Land Title Office. |
