Heritage Buildings

The list of heritage buildings is arranged by address, beginning with numbered avenues, followed by streets in alphabetical order. If a building name is known, it is indicated in the next column.

"A"

buildings of primary heritage

"B"

buildings of individual heritage importance

"C"

buildings of heritage character

"M" or "P"

following the building evaluation, indicates buildings or sites that are protected by a legal heritage designation by the City of Vancouver ("M") or the Province of British Columbia ("P").

"H"

following the building evaluation indicates that the buildings or sites are the subject of a Heritage Revitalization Agreement. A notice of the agreement is registered on title in the Land Title Office. A copy of the agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.

"I" following the building evaluation indicates that a portion of the interior is protected by heritage designation.
"L" following the building evaluation indicates the specific landscape features are also protected by heritage designation.
"HC" following the building evaluation indicates that the buildings, or some portion thereof, is protected by a Heritage Conservation Covenant registered on title at the Land Title Office.
