Southeast False Creek Policy Statement
 Toward a Sustainable Neighbourhood and a Major Park in Southeast False Creek

Air photo image of the Southeast False Creek site and Downtown VancouverThis Policy Statement was adopted by Vancouver City Council in October 1999 after two years of planning work that involved much input from numerous groups, academics and the general public. It represents completion of the first stage in the planning process. Preparation of an Official Development Plan and rezoning of the lands are the remaining stages.

This version provides the entire 87-page document in its final printed format, including all photographs and illustrations. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view it and it may take some time to download as the PDF file size is 7.6 MB. The document is double-sided, 8½" x 11" and in landscape format.
