GBL Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 605-645 West 41st Avenue from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 6-storey Senior's Assisted Living building with 102 units. A maximum floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.18 and a maximum building height of 20.12 m (66 ft.) are proposed.
This application has been approved by Council at a Public Hearing on October 19, 2010.
