CEI Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 960 and 982 Howe Street from DD (Downtown District) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 16-storey office building, comprised of 24,982 sq. m (268,908 sq. ft.) with a floor space ratio (FSR) of 11.2, and a maximum building height of 61 m (200 ft.).
This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on May 14, 2012.
