City and CUPE 1004 reach tentative agreementAfter two days of discussion, the City of Vancouver and Metro Vancouver negotiators have reached a tentative agreement with CUPE 1004 representing the City’s outside workers. The agreement is consistent with the recommendations of mediator Brian Foley. CUPE 1004 will vote on Sunday, and the executive of 1004 will recommend adoption.
