SUBJECT: Appointment of Deputy Mayor for the Period of November 18 to 30, 2003

On December 2, 2002, Councillor Jim Green was appointed Deputy Mayor for the month of November 2003, as part of the Deputy Mayors roster for December 2002 to December 5, 2005.

Councillor Green will be away on civic business and unable to fulfill his Deputy Mayor duties for the period of November 18 to 30, 2003.

Therefore, it is RECOMMENDED that Councillor Raymond Louie be appointed Deputy Mayor for the period of November 18 to 30, 2003.
