On Tuesday, February 12, 2008, Council approved Items 1 to 4 and, having heard from 16 speakers on Item 5, recessed at 10:05 p.m. Council will reconvene the Public Hearing on Thursday, February 21, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. in order to continue hearing from speakers.
