Voters' Guide
Distribution of the 2011 Voters' Guide to households, and public facilities, libraries and community centres began on October 31, 2011. The guide contained voting information and details about the Capital Plan borrowing questions that were on the ballot.
One of most popular features of the Voters' Guide was the Candidate Profiles and Photos. This information was submitted by candidates for Mayor, Councillor, Park Commissioner and School Trustee.
