If you want to find out more, attend one of the following open houses:

Judge White Theatre, 800 Robson Street

Community Open Houses

Tuesday, February 8, 2000 6 - 9 p.m.

Presentations begin at 7:30 p.m. at both community open houses.

In the study of rapid transit options for the Broadway corridor, a team of consultants has identified six options that use either RapidBus, light rail transit, SkyTrain, or combinations of these technologies. Vancouver City Council and TransLink would like to hear what transit users, residents and business representatives think about these options.

At each of these Open Houses, the consultants' report will be presented, and there will be displays. You can speak with the consultants or staff, ask questions, and provide your comments, which will be reported to Council. There will also be an opportunity to speak directly to Council in early March. Council is expected to consider this issue in mid- to late-March.
