Voting information available on City website

For detailed information on the City of Vancouver’s upcoming October 16 plebiscite on voting systems (at-large vs. wards), visit our website at www.pickone.ca

Features include:

• a search tool that enables you to type in your address to find the three voting locations closest to your home
• a search tool that gives the proposed ward boundary for any address
• a map and list of all 44 voting locations in Vancouver
• a list of public forums/debates on the issue
• links to “Yes” and “No” sides of the debate
• information on why we’re having this vote
• background and history (Berger report, Council reports etc.)
• information on the voting process (details on eligibility, types of acceptable ID, registration form)
• translations of ballot, registration form, and educational insert in Chinese, French, Punjabi, Spanish and Vietnamese
