Half-Day Workshop
Workshop Overview:
This practical workshop is designed to examine the impact of national or ethnic culture on day-to-day interactions with both internal and external clients and explore strategies for working effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds. Participants increase their cultural awareness, learn skills for communicating in culturally respectful ways and identify practical strategies for bridging cultural differences.

Foundation to intermediate

- Examining the influence of culture values, perceptions and behaviour;
- Exploring strategies for bridging language and cultural differences
- Identifying ways to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Special Features:
This workshop can be customized to address specific learning requirements, such as customer service, for intact work groups of 12-20 employees.
